I have been a student of Sarah’s now for about 6 years, and have received excellent instruction throughout.
Unlike other exercise regimes, Pilates has helped to strengthen and tone my entire body. My posture is better, my core is stronger and I have flexibility that I didn’t think was possible. As a runner, my hips are noticeably more open which allows me to move more freely.
Sarah is brilliant and has kept me in shape pre, during and post pregnancy. I love her array of classes and have really benefited from 1:1s in the studio, stretching my capabilities both on the Pilates machines and mat. I always feel challenged and feel my technique improving all the time. I can’t wait to progress further as we go on.
