Carrie truly believes that everyone can benefit from yoga in some way, whether through strength, flexibility, mobility or stress relief.

She has now fulfilled a lifelong dream to train as a yoga teacher. She is passionate about creating a space for others to explore the mind-body connection, developing resilience to the overwhelming demands of modern life.
