John Stevenson

Lead Podiatrist – Foot Rehab Podiatry
~ Flow – Center – Precision – Control – Breathing – Concentration ~

The six principles of Pilates align so strongly with the ethos of Foot Rehab Podiatry. Human movement wherever it occurs, ideally has flow and control. Foot Rehab looks to promote flow in the kinetic chain and address blockades in movement patterns, to help you move more efficiently and with less pain!

Foot Rehab has a focus on the rehabilitation of lower limb and foot problems as well as an enthusiasm for the analysis of running and walking patterns. The clinic is able to provide a range of therapies including podiatric acupuncture, percussive therapy and prescription of specialist insoles.  They also run a clinic for the treatment of skin problems such as corns and calluses and the management of nail problems.

John has extensive experience in the management of complex musculoskeletal problems, having worked in a hospital setting with orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapists and orthotists for many years.  He has a passion for running and his love of sports is invaluable in understanding patients’ goals and challenges and assisting them in their recovery from injury.
