CLASSES
A range of classes and disciplines to change how you feel, think and move. Designed to improve your well-being, posture, prevent injury and strengthen. Pilates classes include matwork, arc and barre classes.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
Bespoke sessions ideal post injury or surgery. Designed around you and your needs. Pilates sessions are either mat based and/or using studio equipment. Yoga sessions are mat based.
