Pilates classes and private sessions all 55 minutes.
Maximum of 12 people in a mat class.
All equipment is provided.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class is due to start.
Please bring a bottle of water with you to the class.

Classes are run in courses, aligned with the school timetable, they are on average 6 weeks long. On booking a course you attend that class each week at the same time. If you miss a class we will try to fit you into another but this cannot be guaranteed.

Private lessons must be cancelled with 24 hours notice; otherwise they are charged in full.
